A ‘FREE’ laser printer cleaning program is provided when Williams Office Products is the supplier for the cartridges. This service is provided ‘on site’ and does not require any shipping of machines. Printer repair is also available during the cleaning visits at rates much lower than standard contract rates.
‘FREE’ training is provided to all persons using our e-commerce, web based, electronic catalog. This training can be ‘on site’ or on the phone. Doug Parsley has over 10 years experience in training purchasers how to save time and money by the using the electronic catalog.
New product and product orientation meetings are available upon request.
Manufactures will provide trained personnel to demonstrate new products
and provide information on existing products. These shows usually
take half a day and include refreshments.
